For decades, critical infrastructure has arrived in Nigeria from somewhere else.
Vehicles assembled abroad. Energy systems designed for other climates. Industrial parts procured through long, expensive international chains. The assumption, unspoken but persistent, was that Nigeria would consume what others built. Assemble Craft was founded to reject that assumption. We are a Nigerian engineering and investment holding company operating across electric mobility, energy infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, technology, agriculture, and construction. Our model is simple — bring world-class engineering capability to Nigeria, build it here, and make sure the value stays here. This is not a vision statement. It is an operating principle.

We are not a contractor waiting for a brief. We identify the gaps in Nigeria’s industrial base, structure the partnerships to close them, and execute at the standard of global industry.

Strategic Partnerships
Our partnership with the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure represents the model for how Assemble Craft operates — identifying a national need, structuring the right institutional relationship, and delivering a product that Nigeria can be proud of. The NASENI Pickup Truck — Nigeria’s first locally assembled range-extended hybrid vehicle — is the first output of this partnership. It will not be the last.
